Learn the fundamentals of Self Care, including pain management and stress management, by engaging in the Yoga Therapy, Meditation, and Compassionate Presence. We’ll set the intention of empowering ourselves and our clients with transformational practices for working through life challenges.

I’ll be teaching from my own experience as someone who not only works with people in pain but also experiences it personally.
