Compassionately integrating life experiences cultivates resilience

INTEGRATING OUR THINKING, FEELING, AND ACTIONS BRINGS FORWARD THE MISSING PIECES OF OUR STORY TO GUIDE US BACK TO WHOLENESS.

To build resilience for challenging times, we must recognize moments of transformation and properly integrate the experience so that it becomes an empowering resource to pull from when needed. This path of transformation and integration does not need to be a solo journey. Actually, what we have seen to be true is that when we are witnessed in a kind and compassionate way, life experiences are integrated with much more depth and ease. Basically, we need each other! So let’s do this together. 

 
 
 

Embodied Wonderment Method Integration Coaching consists of compassion-centered integration practices using our “Five Landscapes of Wonderment”.

 

Knowledge;

knowledge in and of itself is a powerful resource for transformation. You will have the opportunity to learn about the nervous system, the pain/stress system, gut health/nutrition, and other self-care resources.

Daily Practice;

it is important to have a consistent mind/body practice to create routine & structure. This cultivates greater awareness of breath, body, thoughts, and emotions. We offer an opportunity for you to build your own daily practice, which may include but not limited to yoga and meditation

Nature;

the spaciousness of nature allows us to broaden our view and break out of the claustrophobic experience of our survival mode. We encourage you to reconnect with nature through outdoor activities that are accessible to you.

Community;

we believe that suffering can only exist in the absence of love and belonging. In our experience, when surrounded by a community of people that hold a container of empathy and compassion to all members, shame and guilt begin to dissolve. In turn, personal growth and change become possible.

Playfulness;

it is very difficult to be stressed-out and playful at the same time. We believe that a daily dose of ridiculousness is necessary for a healthy, balanced life. Our approach is light-hearted and a child-like sense of wonder is encouraged whenever possible.

Embodied Wonderment Method Retreats

Build Resilience in a Nurturing Setting

For those receiving Embodied Wonderment Method personal or group coaching and are looking to heal in a nurturing and resilience-building setting.

Participants will work with their Embodied Wonderment Method Integration Coach to continue deepening the practices and resources offered at the retreat once they arrive back at home. In-person retreats are customized and price varies depending on your needs.
